New article: Clarifying Complementarity: Determining the Legality of Jurisdiction-Sharing Relationships in International Criminal Justice

My article (with Sara Ochs) has been published in the Columbia Journal of Transnational Law. It is called "Clarifying Complementarity: Determining the Legality of Jurisdiction-Sharing Relationships in International Criminal Justice." The article problematizes the issue of the complementarity of the International Criminal Court and suggests a way to resolve the problem. It is now open access and can be downloaded here.
